Choose the Sparkling High Tea for $79 per person, which includes a glass of sparkling wine or non-alcoholic bubbles on arrival. Alternatively, opt for the Champagne High Tea for $89 per person, where you can upgrade your sparkling to a glass of champagne on arrival.
For groups of 10 or more, the Snug, a semi-private area of The Den Bistro, is available.

Christmas Day Lunch
Celebrate Christmas Day in style with a festive feast in the iconic Diamond Suite. The celebrations begin with a glass of sparkling wine on arrival for adults and a refreshing mocktail for children.
Begin with a buffet of Australian seafood, including rock oysters, poached prawns, Moreton Bay bugs, scallop ceviche, and Tasmanian salmon gravadlax, alongside nigiri and maki sushi. Enjoy a charcuterie board with Mayflower chicken parfait, prosciutto with melon, herb-roasted turkey, and glazed country ham. Family-style service of main course features grass-fed beef rib-eye roast, roasted chicken, and slow-roasted vegetables with Yorkshire puddings, potatoes, and cauliflower gratin.
Finish with a dessert buffet of chocolate yule log, Christmas pies and puddings, berry trifle, pavlovas, and truffles, complemented by a festive cheese trolley, macarons, chocolate-dipped strawberries, and gingerbread.

New Year's Eve Degustation Dinner
